Appartement Baobab

La configuration de l’appartement en rez de chaussée, la terrasse végétalisée très agréable, la TV et internet qui fonctionnent bien, le calme, le parking à moins de 10m, la localisation à 100m d’un supermarché et à moins d’1 km d’une superbe plage qui permet d’éviter la plage publique surpeuplée et surtout le propriétaire très sympathique et réactif à toutes nos remarques.

Le nettoyage de la cuisine un peu juste mais le propriétaire y a remédié très rapidement La climatisation qui donne sur le lit et qui est bien difficile à apprivoiser La vétusté acceptable après quelques petites améliorations: patères supplémentaires, canapé à changer, miroir trop haut

The location was very good and quiet and fitted the purpose. It was a nice little corner with the palm trees.

Der Vermieter war extrem hilfsbereit und unkompliziert! Die Lage ist top, wenn auch nicht direkt am Meer und das bedeutet, dass es um einiges wärmer ist. Klimaanlage war wichtig.

Die Sauberkeit ließ ein bisschen zu wünschen übrig. Das Bett war top und frisch bezogen, aber die Sofakissen roch man schon von weitem. Man sieht, dass die Ausstattung schon sehr alt und benutzt ist. Dennoch könnte da etwas mehr Augenmerk drauf gelegt werden.

I didn't miss anything, it's a quiet corner just 4 minutes from Pereybere beach and 3 minutes to Winners shopping on foot. The kitchen has almost everything you need. Washing machine and air conditioning. I stayed in the apartment for 5 weeks and had a great time.
