Excellent apartment, everything as in the photos. Cleaning was done well, the residential complex is new and very neat.

Low rating because the employee did not communicate with me in booking and asked me to write to him in WhatsApp. After that, I started receiving advertising messages that I did not agree to, not only in WhatsApp, but also in Telegram. This was the only time in Tunisia when I shared my phone number, so there is no doubt that it was him. I ask booking to make a remark to the owner of the apartment for non-compliance with the privacy policy.

Absolutely lovely place. Loved the spacious terrace/garden, even though temperatures and humidity begged for staying inside. Simple/modern yet stylish interiors with small details giving home-alike atmosphere. Nice surprise- parking space in the garage as per availability.

1. Water leaking all over bathroom while taking shower - it seems that tile levelling did not go very well or shower glass a bit too highly mounted? this is actually only cons, but quite tricky as then access to the toilet was always wet. 2. Although I have indicated pretty exact (so very accurate) time to be there, still had to wait for the gentleman to arrive - 15minutes are maybe not too long but then in ca. 35 °C it is important. 3. As mentioned to the guest relation person, it would be good to have at least one bottle of water on arrival - it is really hot in Tunesia in the summer, and in my case due to some mixup with apartment assignment, I had to wait additionally in heat for about one hour altogether before all was sorted, and unfortunately I had no water with me (walking with luggage around or leaving it in an unfamiliar place or with people I do not know is not my thing, not to mention at tgat time I had no clue where is nearest shop). Hopefully for the next guests it will be a nice surprise to find it there.
