Friendly staff - helpful lady at reception, although only Spanish spoken, super clean, secure, good wi-fi, hot shower, close to everything, quiet at night, towel supplied. Cheap!

Location was great. FAirly quiet compared to my stay in Lima! Bed was OK. Hot water for shower.

pillows sucked, lumpy and small. No access to rooftop patio in morning. However, in the afternoon when I went up there it, it was junky, and only 1 chair. Used as a laundry space-- fine, but that could be a really cool place to relax if they had lounge chairs a coffee maker up there or water heater for tea, why not? And why no water heater for coffee in the morning? Or at least a carafe downstairs at reception? No hospitality whatsover. There was no toilet paper, or towels in the bathroom -- which STANK all night! (But of course the next day it had subsided when I had mentioned it to the manager while asking for bath towels. No toileteries provided whatsoever, I had to ask for toilet paper, then noticed there wasn't a towel. I asked for two and was given one. OK, better than none, but c'mon!?? There was hot water for a shower, thankfully.

This was a great place for great value! The bed was comfortable, the room super spacious, and to have a private room and bathroom to myself for $12CAD a night…. You simply can’t complain! Hot water was great, kitchen on the roof was good enough to cook up a decent breakfast and the views from the roof are lovely! And the location of this place was absolutely perfect! quiet and easily walkable to everything! Great coffee shops and restaurants within 1min walk!

The only unfortunate thing is that the bathroom occasionally had a sewage smell. Keeping the bathroom door closed and a window open was helpful. But otherwise the bathroom was very clean!
