Landmark Kathmandu

Only the staff was helpful and aided us when we needed help with our luggage.

Upon arrival the hotel lobby area doors were left open leading too mosquitoes biting us,one would say a welcome drink for themselves. The Room was went clean and had a musky smell to it. As for the sheets, stains were spotted on the pillow as well as the sheets and duvet covers. At one point in our stay the water was black in colour and then changed to yellow colour seeing as the water tank was reaching empty. However the front desk did ask us if we wanted to change rooms but seeing as we had to repack our belongings we opted to wait for the water tank to be refilled. All in all not worth the price for the stay.

Everything including the level of respect and ecosystem of the hotel. Everyone was really helpful and amazing . Staffs were too cooperative and with a positive energy. Anil Giri was very helpful even at late night and cooperated me with the best possible resource.

Nothing as such. Everything was perfect . I promise to myself that I will have the same LANDMARK in every stay in Kathmandu and I will suggest the good people about it.

Hotel was decent, clean, staff were friendly. They catered to our requirements day and night, so they were very friendly

The entrance is too narrow, and there was some confusion with the rate of the vehicle, so we ended up paying double the amount discussed. But otherwise it was good.
