The location is ok. It was a bit too loud but not too bad.

First of all, the property charged my credit card twice and did not provide any support to send the money back. I am now in complicated procedures with my bank to cancel one charge. Additionally, the room was very unclean. There were a lot of hair and stains everywhere. The shower door was missing. Cables were hanging off the wall and the sink was leaking. I only got room service on day three.

Very good breakfast and near the airport.

No towel and hand soap at bathroom.

Room was spacious and clean; good breakfast and friendly staff (especially the lady preparing the breakfast!)

The mattress was very hard. The street was quite noisy. The WiFi was very slow, not suitable for working.

Good location, not far from the airport on one of the new streets. Some of the rooms are spacious, while others do not match what was stated on booking.com.

From the very beginning, the hotel staff contacted me with an offer to cancel the booking on the platform and give a lower price. I did not agree. We had booked 7 rooms for 2 people, a total of 14 people. But on the first night, they accommodated 2 people in a single room, 1 person in another single room and 3 more people in a double room with an extra bed, although we booked 7 rooms. Breakfasts are not bad, but monotonous and unprofessional staff. Constantly made comments to us, which was a very unpleasant surprise for us. But the worst thing was when checking out of the room. When paying at the reception desk, the employee said that she would add 10% to the indicated amount for the bank commission. I refused to pay, since this was not indicated initially. After an unpleasant discussion and calls to her management, the employee agreed not to add the commission, but began to pay not in dollars, but in local currency at an inflated rate of exactly 10%. I refused to pay again, as I consider it unfair. The employee insisted on paying in cash, but I prepared the amount on a Visa card, which I usually use to pay for all hotels. Then we hurried to the airport for the flight and I said that the payment would be made automatically through the Booking.com platform and left with the group for the airport for the flight. At the airport, when we were collecting our luggage, the hotel manager caught up with us and started swearing and accusing us of non-payment. The manager claimed that the platform does not send money to Tajikistan for bookings, but only helps with bookings. After a nervous and unpleasant conversation, he finally agreed to pay by visa card in local currency at the average commercial rate. It was still higher than what I booked and I ask for the difference to be returned to me. I am enclosing the receipt. Moreover, I believe that the accommodation was unfair. I ask that appropriate measures be taken against this hotel.

Clean, comfortable bed, decent breakfast, friendly staff, close to the airport

Tricky conditions of the payment for the hotel: 1) should pay in “new” colored US dollars 2) if paying in local currency around 5% is added 3) if paying with card 10% is added The worst thing is the wi-fi. It just doesn’t work most of the time.
