This is a self-check-in property and guests will be requested to verify their identity before being able to check into the apartment. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. If the property staff discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (eg. smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc), the property fully reserves the rights to charge a € 200 smoking fee, at minimum. For stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of € 80 included. The property provides basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish washing products and bin bag. Extra keys: € 20 (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee. Extra clothing: € 30 (towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.
