Great location! Very clean, plenty of blankets and underfloor heating.

Bath soap for guests was missing, luckily we brought our own.

The parking arrangements is a no! no!. The host refers to it as own private parking and entrance knowing very well that the property does not have any parking available for the visitors. You have to fight over parking with other guests because of first come first serve. The host must just keep quiet about the parking because their property don't have one. We literally parked our vehicle on the busy street and have to cross the street to the apartment carrying our luggages with kids. This became our daily activity. This was not enjoyable at all. The host only informed us of first come first serve parking rule upon checking in. The floor upstairs is a problem! You hear the sound of every single foot steps or any moving object or voices through out the night and during the day. It sounds like the sound of a basket ball. Kitchen cupboards are not cleared. They still had wall paint bottles, containers and some other solid materials used during construction. The place was literally not clean. Dish washer still had unwashed plates and smelly stains. Patio is treated as communal..u don't have your own patio as purported. Bath Towels are no longer white but faded. Photos presented before booking were changed immediately after booking and gave a total different impression from the first ones. Had I saw the subsequent photos before booking I wouldn't book the apartment

Great location, super accommodating helpful staff. Lovely apartment with all you need. Every item available in cupboards. Lots of thought put into things. Very cute apartment up and away enough to avoid road noise but close to all you want in the Bay.

The apartment is tired and the equipment is outdated and needs to be revamped. Paintings and mirrors are on the floor. The cupboards smell of mould and it was just not a great experience. The second bedroom has no ventilation whatsoever so was very uncomfortable to stay in. The noise from the upstairs tenants was almost deafening early mornings and late evenings. After all of this, the location however was excellent, but one does want to stay in a comfortable apartment. Our stay was long enough that one would have expected at least two cleanings included, but unfortunately we only received one. And the towels were tiny and with no ventilation it struggled to dry. If it were my apartment I would certainly invest in these aspects, because the location is lovely.

Great location in Kalk Bay. Property was a nice size.

The kitchen tap is broken. The floors were filthy our feet were black after five minutes. The microwave wasn't working. The property at night was extremely hot some kind of ventilation or fan is required. I mentioned this to the host who offered no solution. We had to go buy two fans at a cost of R1,000 at the local supermarket. Responses from the host were good initially but once in the properties it took 24 hours to get a response from the host. Check out time is 10 am and the host messaged me at 10:40 to tell me where to leave the keys by which time we already left. So it looks like this host is managing too many properties and hasn't a grip on the situation.
