It is very near the Victory Liner bus terminal as well as other places in the Baguio city center. Convenient and had no problem walking to the places we wanted to visit. There is also a nearby carinderia/eatery, 7-11 and ihawan (charcoal grilling eats) so finding places to eat was no problem. Owner was very responsive so communication was fast and easy. Inexpensive so definite bang for your buck!

Facilities are very basic so if you are fussy about how it looks, this is not the place for you. But for us, we just needed a comfortable and clean place to rest and sleep so we were happy.

Near to bus terminal with shops and restaurants in walking distance

Nice and quiet place to stay. Big room with kettle and cups, comfy bed, good WiFi and hot shower. The location is easy to find but in case you can't, you can contact the host.

I didn't see many places to eat around here but maybe I was too tired to go for a walk around. It's definitely close to the main road to catch a taxi/jeepney

The location of the transient is very quiet and far from noise. The room was very comfy and feels like home. The owner was very approachable and accommodating. The room has its basic needs such as dining wares and kettle which was very helpful since we have a baby and we like to have a coffee. Also, the bathroom has a functional heater.

Only the uphill walk when we want to go out. But, still manageable the uphill walk and think it just like an exercise.
