central to everything, good value for money

a bit too small for 4 adults but we managed ok!

The location is perfect to get by around Cebu City. I booked this location because my dad needed a procedure in one of the hospitals nearby. Centrally located, close to shops and everything. My daughter and I arrived past the check in time from an international flight however my dad and his partner arrived early. The caretaker was there to help them settled and was still there when we arrived. The apartment is located just a floor above the pool area. My daughter was keen to use it but it was closed (7pm) when we got settled in already. There were two AC units, one in the bedroom and the other one in the sitting room - both units were in good working order. There was a small kitchen area, induction hob, fridge, TV with strong wifi (made daughter happy), small breakfast counter, L shaped sofa, small coffee table, the decor was modern. The place was small and tiny and comfortable only exception were the bugs! There was traffic to use the elevators. People does queue up. Had one elevator broken during our stay, which was unfortunate but personnel was there to fix it. It seemed like there were more transient people than residents really. The security in the lobby was great too. The communication was exceptional with the owner. Very accommodating, answering questions and reassuring me about my concerns regarding my dad's arrival (came from another island and quite fragile). Will definitely book again as long as the bugs problem will be addressed. Stay date: 18-19 May 2023 Booked for: 3 adults + 1 child ( 2 only stayed overnight) Check in: 2pm Check out: 11am

The only thing that puts the rating down is the fact the the place was infested with bugs/cockroaches. It was crawling all over the place ie walls, floor, bathroom and toilet, sitting room, kitchen area, sink, cupboards,and bedroom . We neither eat in nor bring in food. I didnot take photos, unfortunately. There was a used grubby scrubber by the sink (it shouldnt be there at all).I informed the caretaker upon check out. The place needs to be treated for health and hygiene reasons. Sadly, we have to experience it. Other than this, the place is great. Stay date: 18-19 May 2023.

The location was good, big pool and a small but handy gym only 1 floor below, use the stairs as the lifts can be busy. There’s a cafe, pizza and 7/11 on ground floor which was handy.

The place was clean but there were a lot of cockroaches came out at night, it needs a spray and the bed wasn’t very comfortable.

it is very convenient property, never to the center and it has a very nice view to the building swimming pool.

The property is great. In a large condominium, with access to a swimming pool and a small fitness room, with basic equipment. The apartment has a fridge, washing machine and electric stove and microwave. The aircon unit in the living room can be turned on at night, and you can’t really hear it from the bedroom. Location is good - within walking distance of a lot of shops/places to eat. Kristine is a very accommodating host too, she was happy to be flexible about my checkout time.

Be sure that if you’re relying on the elevator, it can get very busy on the weekends, which can be frustrating having to wait a until an elevator is empty. Luckily, the apartment is on the 10th floor, and swimming pool is on the 9th. Just take the stairs for this :)

The room was very nicely decorated and Clean. The kitchen has everything you need a induction hot plate, Crock Pot, Refrigerator, Hot Water Kettle Microwave, Dishware and Utensils. The condo also has a Washing Machine. The host was very nice and accommodating when I messaged her to extend my stay. I definitely recommend this condo and will be renting again when I go back to Cebu!! It is also located close to everything.
