Apartments Cukovic

I think the room, the view, the fact that it is next to multiple restaurants are fantastic. There is a salt water pool to dip in and the sea is literally out of the gate of the property. Finally , Nikisa the host and owner is fantastic host , caring and super nice !

The property is great, but it is a bit far from kotor or budva. So about 45 mins to kotor and 90 mins to budva. So it does limit your dailies to these towns.....in terms of vibe the old towns of these towns have the tourist vibe and energy. So given the distance and time and parking we're not able to do more of these visits.

Very friendly and helpful host, helped us with charging our electric vehicle at a normal socket outside, showed us the washing maschine and after checking out offered us to stay in the shared area for as long as we wanted. The property has direct access to public beaches, once outside the gate of the property it's less than 10 meters away. He recommended us to go to the left as on the right it's more slippery, the beach and water was very nice. The interior of the room was very high quality.

One small thing is that he took our passports for copying for a bit too long, I was hoping he would bring them back soon but we only received them back late that day or even the next day, because of that we were unable to buy a sim card that day as they require ID. Not a big deal but that could be improved slightly.

Niksa is a great host. He gives all the comfort for his guests that a host can provide. The location is steps away from the sea and the local places. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you Niksa!

Really enjoyed our stay on this beautiful appartment. Swimming pool was perfect for our daughter. And the host Niksa is helpful.

The apartment was very clean, modern and nicely decorated. Good space inside and great with double balcony's with sea view. Situated in a calm area, no noices to disturb at night. The pool area was lovely. Our girls enjoyed the infinity pool very much, and there is plenty of chairs/sunbeds both in sun and shade. The beach is literally 5 meters from the garden. Along the sea runs a street with plenty of restaurants, we tried many of them and were very pleased. Baosici is a small place but still the restaurants and grocery stores give you what you need for a quiet vacation. Our host Niksa is the most helpful man. He makes sure you feel at home, and helped us arrange both rental car and transfer/taxi when needed. We will definitely return!

We liked everything, but somewhere to cook occasionally could be nice.
