ALAVIA Residence

Ubytovanie bolo čisté, plne vybavené, poskytovalo všetko potrebné na pobyt. Rovnako aj komunikacia s majiteľom bola výborná, preberanie kľúčov bez problémov. Alavia Residence môžem len odporúčať a radi sa vrátime.

Wir haben bei Ankunft eine warme Unterkunft vorgefunden. Der Zustand der Wohnung war wie auf den Bildern.

Leider mussten wir aufgrund der Erkrankung eines Familienmitgliedes die Reise nach 4 Tagen (anstelle der geplanten 9 Tage) abbrechen und die Heimreise antreten. Auf Kulanz wurde uns nach Austausch zum Sachverhalt eine Teilerstattung zugesichert. Davon haben wir jedoch keinen Cent erhalten. Das war sehr ärgerlich.

Hledali jsme výchozí bod na turistiku v tatrách. Tento apartmán nám velmi vyhovoval polohou. Je to velký, čistý apartmán vybavený vším co jsme potřebovali. Mohu pouze doporučit a nemám žádné výhrady.

Moderní, čisté ubytování ve skvělé lokalitě.

Chybělo nějaké větší zrcadlo.

Very nice apartment. It's in the apartment complex, but we lived in the side apartment and it was completely private. We had a separate entrance and didn't meet our neighbours. The apartment is two-storey. With three separate bedrooms and then living room. The most amazing thing - big balcony-terrace on the first (not ground) floor with amazing view to Lomnicky peak that was constantly changing in our eyes. We had all our meals there. Important: don't trust GPS while looking for it, it shows the wrong building. :) Follow the instructions of the host - everything is that simple as they say. By the way, hosts were extremely thoughtful and helpful. Getting-in - very easy. Fully equipped kitchen. And very good location - close to all points of interest. It is on the outskirts of the town, only 12 min. to the Tatranska Lomnica.

We could hear some sounds of the car service close to the apartment during the working hours. It was unexpected - since it seemed that apartment stands in recreational area. But it wasn't bad. And no noise after working hours. - Not a big deal.

Отличное место для отдыха, рядом много лыжных курортов и красивых мест. Территория закрытая, большая парковка и зона для гриля. Отличный владелец на любые просьбы сразу отвечал.
