"Clean, well maintained economy rooms with positive and helpful staff!!"

Basic but clean, well maintained rooms with good a/c. Nice university student atmosphere and very quiet guests, most of whom seem to be studying. Not too far from major shopping malls, museums, local restaurants, etc. Easy Grab delivery and moto or taxi pick ups. I have stored a suitcase there several times and no problems.;)

Cats are a bit of an annoyance, but I like cats.,So no problem for me personally.
