The property is ok good location for a gas station to get food

The room had cockroaches in there. I found two on the bed which freaked me out. I found one on the wall I had to get bug spray just the spray of the room. I hate cockroaches, and I can’t believe I found two crawling on the bed next to me.

Nice staff that was it.

Room was disgusting, peep hole on the door was drilled out, bed was wet and had red stains on the mattress, exposed wire, mold in the mini fridge and shower, outlets didn’t work, plastic bags shoved into the AC unit.

They are crooks. Booking showed 7 rooms available so I booked one. Arrived at 3:45 went to check in and was told they had no rooms. And was told to go to super 8 down the street they could accommodate my truck and trailer. They assured me I would not be charged and was still charged anyways and they won’t refund it. Worse experience ever trying to get a hotel.

Nothing, I didn’t even get my reservation. Went to check in and was told there was no rooms available and that they overbooked people

I didn’t like anything about this place - scam

Absolutely nothing to like about this place.

Arrived late at night while driving cross country. I checked in with an employee named Rob. I had to pay a $100 security deposit and $20 pet fee via credit card. Already this was a concern, because my Booking.com confirmation showed that I already paid a pet fee. I told Rob this, and he said to contact Booking.com to dispute. I went to the room, and the key card didn't unlock the door. I had to wait in the cold for 15min until Rob came to switch the key card out. The room was gross - the sink was dirty, toilet and shower clearly not well cleaned. Bed sheets were either stained or unwashed. What's worse - there were NO towels, NO soap, NO toilet paper... nothing. And the door had no bolt lock or chain lock. At this point, it was 12AM and I was desperate to sleep. In the morning, I went to complain to Rob about the lack of amenities. He scrambled to find me a single small stained/dirty towel and a soap packet. Still no toilet paper. I got out of there as soon as I could. Two weeks later, I still hadn't received the refund for the security deposit. I called Booking.com to complain about the facilities, the extra pet fee, and this deposit. They were helpful and contacted the property accordingly. Nevertheless, it has now been four weeks, and I am still awaiting my pet fee and deposit refunds. I am out $120, plus the $60 I originally paid to book. Booking.com provided me with about $36 in credits, but it is not enough. The property is nearly impossible to get a hold of via telephone, and very unhelpful when they do pick up. This place is a scam and should be shut down.
