Great experience ! A very warm welcome from the moment we arrived, spotlessly clean premises, and a competent, professional staff. The place is very calm, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel. And a special mention for their coffee, which is absolutely exceptional !

Receptionist was kind, beds were fine

ZERO soundproofing combined with inconsiderate guests, and hostel staff who decided to loudly whistle, sing and do work that involves loud banging between the hours of 6am - 7am made it impossible to sleep here. There were also limited washrooms and they were kinda gross. I booked for 2 nights and left after the first

The location was great. The staff were nice

We stayed in a private room but the toilet didn’t flush all of the time. We ended up using the communal toilets to do our business which defeated the point of paying for a private room. The accommodation does look slightly different on the outside to the images online so we were a bit confused when we turned up. The room would be made better if it had a fridge, or at least if there was a communal fridge for guests.

We stayed in a private room and it was very comfortable and quiet. Nice communal lounge area. Friendly staff. Decent air con. We loved it!

Shower is only cold water but I think that'a quite common for Port Barton! Otherwise no complaints.
