The view from the bedroom was a bonus. We also used the lounger chairs in the courtyard.

Kitchen layout a bit limiting.

This property has spectacular views of Pico. It is located close to the marina where you have access to cafes and dining as well as souvenirs. The staff were lovely and incredibly friendly. The owner let us know we could park on the side walk area when the lot was full which was great.

There was an additional cleaning fee of €25 if you used the kitchen area and didn’t clean it yourself. The cost to stay here was not cheap, so I was surprised they would charge extra for this. The property is also outdated. TV was old fashioned, the pull out bed was old and uncomfortable. For a couple night stay it was fine, but I would not stay here for longer duration stays.
