Executive Traveller

This is a lovely one bed apartment, and perfect for a short stay.

The facilities are excellent with pools for all the family. The apartment is a short walk away from Festive Walk Mall, and there is a wide choice of restaurants to suit every taste and budget. Car parking is convenient and easily accessible. The car park is attended and secure.

El sitio es fantástico, la verdad, la cama es cómoda, no hay mucho ruido del exterior ni del AC. Es céntrico el lugar y todo está muy limpio. Repetiré.

Hubo una pequeña demora en ponerse en contacto por la mañana para hacer el check in. Por lo demás muy bien

The unit was very clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and location was near for everything. My wife and daughter enjoyed their stay. Would recommend this and will most likely book again in the future.

Cleanliness, location and amenities

Internet wasn’t working during our stay

nothing .. it was a terrible disappointment .. i am a frequent traveler and a long time booking.com client so was totally unprepared for this duplicitous and stressful experience .. when we opened the door we saw it was not a one bedroom as claimed ( as a one bedroom usually has the room with a door ) but is a studio with one bed in the center of the room .. but that was not the worst of it .. the wifi was not working ( despite claims of string wifi which was essential to me as i was on a work visit ) and so the Television which was connected to the wifi did not work either .. we had called the condominium maintenance person ( as we were unable to be connected to the unit owner ) to check on the wifi and it was them who informed us the wifi was not working and was in fact disconnected .. we called the unit owner who claimed the ISP lines were down but my phone which had the same provider had strong wifi .. the aircon was working but was not enough to cool the room even after an hour and our putting on the electric fan .. worse when a rep of the unit owner arrived he even scolded us saying the door was open that’s why it was not cooling .. prior to his arrival i had gone out to the small terrace to get some air as i was getting dizzy from the lack of air inside the room and the door was very very slightly ajar but not wide open .. he then started to close the curtains -which would have left the room dark and i get claustrophobic - so i stopped him at which he started to rant again - we then called the unit owner who had earlier said they had another unit we could move to as we had paid the stay in full already but given all the previous misrepresentations and aggravations ( too long to detail here ) we said we would just like to cancel our reservations and be refunded .. they agreed but nothing has happened since then .. a totally unpleasant stressful and expensive experience given we had to look and pay for another accommodations ..

La ubicación, al lado de un centro comercial para desayunar bien + tiendas Si buscas comida típica de Filipinas, al otro lado del edificio hay restaurantes. El gimnasio está bien, la piscina también… El apartamento respecto a estancia bien
