Condominiums for sale for investment purposes are all the rage in Iloilo these days, but the quality of service and responsiveness varies considerably from owner to owner. As for the room we stayed in, the smooth check-in process was very helpful. The cleanliness of the room is also fine. I got the impression that the owner is a person who understands the service industry very well.

None in particular. I hope that the situation will continue without raising prices as much as possible.

Quiet and clean

The room decoration-beds, cabinet etc was tidy and safe space. Lights are bright and basic utilities are all available. Location is superb as it is walking distance to Festival mall. Food variety is abundant.

Would advise owner to include a floor matt inside the comfort room. Grills at the balcony should be painted as rust was evident in some grills.

The room is fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including cooking and dining wares, a refrigerator, microwave, extension cords, an iron, and towels. You can even cook! They also provide complimentary coffee and water. I love how it has a balcony, and in the morning, I get to enjoy plenty of natural light. Plus, it’s conveniently accessible to the pool area—I just wish I had brought extra clothes!

It does not have a mat inside the bathroom, but it’s okay. It’s nice to have one, though.

The room is clean and has a very good ambiance. It was a really relaxing and enjoyable stay, plus the location itself is very convenient.

Roomy shower with hot water. Good internet with Netflix. Clean, comfy bed. In-room kitchen, nice lobby, great location. Convenient checkout. Enjoyed the pool.

A minor nitpick, but the shower head points up really high when placed in the holder. You can take it out and use the sprayer hand-held so it wasn't really an issue.

The unit was really clean, and the owners were really accommodating. And it's near all the establishments. Overall, it was a good stay.

Very responsive owner, and good accommodation (according to my mom who stayed there). It is very near the venue where their conference was held, but with a great value for savings compared to other hotels near the area.
