Appartement spacieux, bien équipé (clim dans chaque chambre, 2 salle de bain et deux WC dont un séparé, cuisine équipée avec lave vaisselle, wifi performant), proche plage et supermarché. Parking devant la résidence.

La douche éclabousse sur le sol, peut être un rideau ou une porte aiderait à limiter les éclaboussures.

Résidence et appartement très propre, moderne. Au calme, avec la plage à 2 minutes et un carrefour express à 50 mètres très pratique

Piscine un peu petite et seulement 4 transats pour 6 appartements, mais les clients vont plus à la plage

"Highly recommended place"

Sainte-Luce is a very good location. We're not especially close to everything, but we're not far from anything. There aren't too many tourists, so there's a feeling of peace and quiet. The accommodation was new when we booked. So there were no customer reviews. We took the risk of booking in spite of this and we did so well!!!! Verena is a very kind host who makes sure that everything runs smoothly during your stay. The accommodation is very spacious: a large living area, two large bedrooms with storage space and air conditioning, two bathrooms and a very pleasant loggia kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. The beds are very comfortable. Access to a small saltwater swimming pool, ideal at any time of day for children and parents. A clear-water shower is available for rinsing off. The neighborhood is very quiet, close to the beach (10-minute walk) and a small supermarket just a 5-minute walk away. Sainte-Luce town center is less than 10 minutes away by car. Ample parking is available in front of the residence. I will definitely contact Verena again when I return to Martinique.
