Location
Beds only had bottom sheets and duvet, one of the beds had a big hair in it so didn't seem to be very clean. No air conditioning or fan so was very hot and stuffy. Water pressure in shower was extremely poor. Sand/dirt had been swept into a pile along the ranch slider. The only cooking facilities was an air fryer. Ants getting into things. Upstairs was booked out and were people drinking until 3am being very noisy, had to be asked to keep it down at 12.30pm when our toddler couldn't sleep with the noise. Was not happy so didn't stay the second night we had booked, tried asking for a refund but owner didn't seem interested and thought we were a scam.
