The property is well situated and is a nice large space within a quite area.

The property is in need of regular cleaning especially kitchen area as the counter tops and utensils were dirty and didn’t appear to be clean as we even found cigarette ash in one of the utensils drawers. Unfortunately the bathroom gave off a unpleasant sewage type smell so may need to address this with a better extractor fan as no windows to air it out. Also the lighting in bathroom was not good and very dark and hard to see clearly, this was the same in the kitchen as it was fairly dim and constantly flickering on and off, so hard to see use kitchen in the night. The curtain rail in living area also needs to be fixed as it appears someone has tried to pull it off. Lastly the bed was firm but comfortable but could have down with a couple of firmer pillows as the two we had were rather flat. Overall was a good place to stay but some improvement would have made the experience much better.
