Rezervacija je bila potvrđena dan ranije, dobila sam mejl i sve je delovalo regularno. Na dan dolaska, dok smo već bili na putu, pozvana sam i obaveštena da je apartman otkazan jer je dat drugim gostima van Bookinga. Ovakav potez je izuzetno neprofesionalan i ostavlja goste u veoma neprijatnoj situaciji. Otkazivanje smeštaja istog dana je zaista neprihvatljivo. Veliko razočaranje i nikako preporuka.
