Ev son derece kirliydi, her yerde saçlar tüyler vardı, tuvaletinde havalandırma yoktu, perdeler kırık ve yerdeydi, koltukta hayvan tüyleri vardı. İnsan sağlığını tehdit eden eve gitmemenizi tavsiye ederim.

Az elhelyezkedés szuper volt, minden megtalálható pár percen belül sétálva.

A tisztaság semmi volt. Elméletileg ki volt takarítva, ám mi ebből semmit nem észleltünk. Több hónapos por állt az ablakpárkányokon, fel sem volt porszívózva. Az előző vendégek chips darabkái szét voltak szórva. A radiátor mögött találtunk egy félig elfogyasztott zacskós chipset. A konyha padlóján üvegszilánkok voltak. A villanykapcsoló maszatos volt, a vízforraló még sosem látott vízkőoldót. A bejárati ajtót nem lehetett rendesen bezárni, valamint a lépcsőház ajtajának a zárjához a kulcs amit kaptunk nagyon hitvány volt, alig lehetett vele kinyitni az ajtót.

Tökéletes lokáció, gyalogtávolságra van minden.

Szörnyen lelakott, az ablakokon süvít be a hideg, nincsen sötétítő lehetőség, mert le van szakadva, a külső világításoktól nagyon világos volt éjjel is. Az ágyak, párnák kényelmetlenek, érezni a rugókat a matracban. Mivel a főtér mellett van, a karácsonyi vásár ideje alatt rendkívül zajos volt.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Lokal odpowiedni dla duzej rodziny.

Mieszkanie w starym budownictwie. Widac zuzycie lokalu. Popekane i ruchome kafle na podlodze. Niezbyt czysto. To nie wina lokalu, a pewnie poprzednich wynajmujacych, ale jak przyjechalismy przywital nas tak intensywny zapach chemii do sprzatania, ze wietrzylismy mieszkanie 6 godzin zanim dalo sie tam normalnie oddychac. Brak miejsc parkingowych. Jesli przyjezdzasz samochodem licz sie z duzymi kosztami postoju lub duza odlegloscia do zaparkowanego auta.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική μέσα στην παλιά πόλη με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε εστιατόρια και καφέ και σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν μεγάλο και άνετο

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν παραμελημμένο, όχι ιδιαίτερα καθαρό χωρίς κανένα τρόπο σκίασης των παραθύρων με αποτέλεσμα να ξυπνήσουμε με το πρώτο φως της ημέρας. Η πρόσβαση από το ασανσέρ που βρισκόταν έναν όροφο πιο κάτω προς το διαμέρισμα που ήταν σοφίτα γινόταν χωρίς καθόλου φως.

I don't normally write negative reviews however I am always honest so will continue here, starting with the positives. The check in process was very easy, we requested an early check in, by an hour and that was agreed to straight away which was really good. Communication was great. The apartment is in the old town, a fantastic location with stunning views from the windows of the castle and the UFO tower. Bratislava is amazing city and this is bang in the middle of it all. It's almost like a live in apartment so it had everything you needed if you wanted to eat/live in. I also liked that there was tea and coffee left for you, I've noticed more and more properties not offering this anymore so that remains a nice touch.

I was really disappointed that this was rated as a 4 star. The apartment itself is extremely dated, for example, we only stayed one night but there was no hot water on the final day. There had been efforts to clean the place, there was an overpowering smell of potpourri the entire time we were there and when my youngest moved the rug in the living room floor about 100 bugs/ants scattered all over the place. The fixtures and fittings are very old and ill fitted. The apartment looks like it's taken a bit of a beating over the years, the kitchen table slopes to one side, the balcony doesn't look finished and the bath is great but shower implementation makes things beyond quirky. We were there in the height of summer at 30 odd degrees, there is one ac unit which does a decent job of cooling the living room, but not the other rooms. One of the bedrooms doesn't have any working shades so the heat beats in all day and the room effectively becomes a sauna, not great for kids. In short if this was marketed as a 2* ideal for stag and hen doos I wouldnt have batted an eyelid. It fits a purpose just not for families.
