Ogromny plus - lokalizacja, 100metrow od jeziora (tyle że na 4 pietrze bez windy). Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.Zapewnione miejsce parkingowe.

Brak podstawowego wyposażenia dla 4 osób (łyżeczki,noże,widelce,talerze). Klimatyzacja tylko w 1 pomieszczeniu-w sypialni jest gorąco.
