Apartamento Formosa

Location is great - just next to the Bolhao market. Despite that, room was reasonably quiet. You couldn't ask for a better place both for shopping, going out and transport. A/C worked great (once figured out how to control it), the rooms were good size (with a very high ceiling) and the balcony was a bonus too. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. All the basic kitchen appliances and utilities were also in very good shape and enough to cook some simple food. And if you don't like to cook yourself, you're surrounded by restaurants and cafes serving outstanding food!

WiFi was a bit flaky (although mostly worked). Shower could be improved and the towels - while clean - probably need replacing.

Nos impactó desde que entramos por la puerta. Súper bonito y muy buen cuidado, la verdad. La ubicación excelente, frente al mercado de Boelho. Si volvemos, repetiremos seguro.

Como aspecto negativo, puedo decir que es una calle un tanto ruidosa. Pero pudimos dormir sin problema. Por otro lado, la cerradura de la puerta no estaba en las condiciones óptimas. Considero que deberían cambiarlo.

I’ve been to porto many times and this is the best place I’ve ever stayed. Great location and so clean and well decorated. It felt like an oasis!! I loved having breakfast in the morning on the balcony and getting to relax after walking the Camino.
