Apartamento Arcanjo

We thought the location was great – about a 20-minute walk to the city center, just 5 minutes from a big mall with a grocery store open until 11pm, and very quiet in the evenings and at night, with plenty of parking space. The host was super warm, welcomed us personally, and even allowed a slightly later check-out, which we really appreciated. The apartment was well equipped for a longer stay, with firm mattresses that we found very comfortable, and it also had A/C. Another aspect we liked was that the apartment didn’t feel like the typical Airbnb ‘sterile’ setup with all brand-new furniture – instead, it had character and a lived-in soul, which made it feel much more like home.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming apartment in Ponta Delgada and I cannot recommend it enough! The apartment was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the cozy furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen, it felt like a home away from home. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We were even allowed to check in earlier than expected, which made our arrival that much smoother. Overall, this apartment provided an excellent base for exploring the stunning landscapes of the Azores. I can't wait to return!
