3 sin ascensor No funciona calefacción ni agua caliente y hasta 4 días no arreglaron estábamos al segundo día en otro hotel carísimo por las fechas y está gente no quería ni reembolsar ! 😳hasta que hable con mi abogado ! No vuelvo nunca más ! No hay cafetera Te mandan a diario con PDF larguísimo con normas ! Hasta te dicen que órdenes los cubiertos al irte y muchas amenazas de multas por todo Y te ECHARAN A LAS 9 De la mañana !!! Dos Toallas enanas y pobres para 8 días Lo unico bueno el técnico es muy buena persona. Le vi el 2 día cuando nos fuimos y el 4 que fui a darle las llaves . Por eso se que se arregla el 4 día . Nos arruinaron la Navidad Ah! Suciedad de cigarros

I stayed multiple times. The location is right in the center. Communication, cleanliness all good.

Todo muy limpio y ordenado, es una buena ubicación.

no dejan productos de limpieza suficientes, solo una bolsa de basura y 3 pastas de lava bajillas, un solo rollo de papelh para una semana de estadía esto no es suficiente, la cocina no esta tan bien equipada.

The apartment was fantastic. For my scope was the perfect fit and bonus it was located at the greatest spot in Eindhoven. The management team was super supportive as well.

The internet could be faster. But still it was decent.

It’s right in the center of the city, which makes it very practical for reaching restaurants, grocery stores, and public transportation.

It looks beautiful on website. It had everything you need for a five week stay. When you arrive, what a schemozzle re check in and you have to follow quite a bit of instructions, to get keys from another area. This apartment is through public housing in the Netherlands. It’s nothing flash for what you have to pay. It’s very disappointing. The only positive comment I can make is the location. It’s in city centre, you are around shops, cafes , bars and a short walk to buses and train station. I feel this is more for student accomodation only. We were given the top floor with 47 steps up, no lift. Narrow steep stairs. We are 64 & 65, My husband had a heart attack in January 2025. We had four heavy suitcases as we were travelling for 8 weeks. There was no way we could have got these suitcases to the top floor. We met these two young men near the cafe, and we asked them if they could help us. We didn’t have any euro’s as yet, we did have Stirling pounds as we just arrived from London. They were happy to help us, we gave them $100.00 pounds , which is equivalent £104.00 euro , for no more than a ten minute job. We were very grateful for there help. There was no way we could have done this ourselves. Arrival first day experience was terrible. The apartment is very very old, very basic and not well equipt. The dryer didn’t work , no instructions on how to use washing machine or dryer, so we had to go a laundry mat and dry cleaners. We had to share 1 bath towel for a week as there were only 4 little floor towels. Bathroom had no shower curtain and everything gets wet, water pressure is terrible. The cleaner comes once a week which was helpful. You do have to buy hand soap, washing powder , toilet paper etc for the time you are there. I feel this not be on booking.com as it’s run by public housing. They wanted us to sign documents, which we didn’t do . As we didn’t book this accomodation through public housing. Booking.
