Waterside Townhouse

Beautiful, peaceful location. It’s hard to believe you are in the middle of a city. The pool was a nice bonus.

First and foremost, I would like to note that Nina and Mark were exceptional, kind and available to all our needs, from the moment we ordered the place in the Booking site and all along our stay. The place is located in a very safe area, easy and nice to walk all day long. The location was excellent for all our needs - the Canal Walk mall is just 3 - 4 minutes drive away and in a very short distance walking (if you elect to go there by foot). There are plenty of restaurants close by, as well as two supermarkets (Spar and Woolworth) apart from those in canal Walk. if you like to take a nice clam and easy walk, you always have the option to descend from the unit straight to the trail that surrounds Intaka Island. It was also a perfect base point for all our trips to and out of Cape town. It is very close to the N1 road, and at the most (during high traffic) it took us about 25 minutes and even less to get to the other dise of the city (Water Front/Green Point/sea Point). The rooms are spacious as well as the living room and the kitchen. The swimming pool at the complex is nice. The house itself was equipped for all our needs. In fact the most equipped we ever hired abroad. The kitchen amenities include all you need if you prefer to prepare home meals (which we partly did). More over, you have plenty of spices/wines/tea/coffee etc. that we were given the option to use, something which one cannot take for granted. All in all, the place was beyond our expectations and one of the best places we hired abroad if not the best. Just wish we could have stayed longer there. We will surely choose to come back there on our next visit.
