Very nicely decorated rooms and common areas, and well located in Miraflores - walking distance to restaurants and to the coast. The host is also friendly and helpful, and let us check in early when we arrived in the morning. Would recommend for a stay in Lima!

I had a lovely stay here. The team really made me feel at home, and my room was very comfortable. Even better, I was able to check in early (very, very welcome after several long flights) and check out a little late. The breakfast is simple and good. The location is great too - close to Huaca Pucllana, and several fantastic restaurants (Panchita, Restaurant Huaca Pucllana), easy for Ubers to pick up from, and I felt very safe walking around even at night as a solo female traveller. The team only speak a little English, as is normal in Peru, so a little Spanish goes a long way.

There was a 'situation' with the toilet, which the team fixed before I was able to figure out how to explain in Spanish. Take note - even just one piece of toilet paper can clog a toilet in Peru!!!!!

A hidden gem in Miraflores — cozy and perfectly located! We ended up at Pucllana Boutique almost by chance, as we had a lab appointment just two blocks away. We saw the hotel on Booking and decided to stay one night — and it turned out to be the best decision! The hotel is small, modern, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. It has a cozy, homey atmosphere that makes you feel right at ease. The location is excellent — right in the heart of Miraflores — so we were able to walk everywhere: we had a delicious lunch at Chifa Wa Lok, went shopping for groceries and chocolates at La Ibérica, and I even managed to get a facial. Breakfast was fantastic: freshly brewed coffee, yogurt with fruit and granola, eggs made to order, bread with butter and jam, fresh orange juice, and both regular and coconut milk options. Everything was fresh and nicely presented. The staff was very kind and helpful, gave us great tips, and even allowed us to check out late at no extra cost — a much-appreciated gesture! I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This is a small and cozy place, and the owner has really good taste in decoration. The shower had great water pressure and heated up super fast—which isn’t always easy to find when traveling in South America. Breakfast was made with care, and I stayed for three days. The neighborhood is really chill and felt totally safe to walk around at night. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Lima!

Located in a quiet street it could be easily missed. Room was large and comfortable. Quick walk to Huaca Pucllana. Staff was amazing very attentive
