L'emplacement de l'appartement, proche de tout. Les deux balcons sont agréables, le quartier et quand-même tranquille même si c'est proche des discothèques

Il est possible d'améliorer en mettant à disposition un parasol pour le balcon et peut-être des chaises longues

Big terrass and small balcony on the opposite side. Great location if you are in your twenties and want to party, otherwise not really. Fast responses from the host.

Missing some basics like scissors and some not so intense lights for evening. The door lock gets stuck a lot so no locking/unlocking without a few attempts which gets annoying. Mold in the shower.
