Brilliant place in a great location. The host was friendly and the apartment was clean. Brilliant value for money, would highly recommend for anyone.

A nice light apartment close to both the touristic and the nightlife centers of Belgrade. For example, it's something like 5 minutes walk until the famous Skadarlija street. Located in the old building, the apartment is spacious and well - equipped. The host is very hospitable, replies and resolves the issues quickly.

Some minor things which do not belittle the overall score, such as not properly closing doors of the shower cabine and some smell when you flush the toilet. I would also like to see some tea bags in addition to coffee and some lighter duvets for the warm time of the year. But again, overall, I would still recommend this option to stay in Belgrade.

Просторные помещения. Есть все для длительного проживания с готовкой и стиркой. Рядом рынок, трамвайные пути, остановки и симпатичные улочки с кафе. Хозяин был любезен и заселил пораньше.

Pozitia bună, aproape de centru. Spatiu generos pentru un apartament cu 2 camere. Are două balcoane, ideale pentru fumători. Gazda foarte înțelegătoare.

La baie cabina de dus nu se închide foarte bine. Unele bucăți din gresie s au desprins. Ar trebui reparate. Camera cu canapea nu are jaluzele. Lumina pătrunde foarte repede dimineața din cauza asta.

Large and spacious apartment. Beautiful, comfortable, bright, and warm living room, separated from the main hallway by a plasterboard wall, yet featuring excellent soundproofing. Cozy kitchen. Enclosed balcony, ideal for smokers. Located in the city center. Right across the street, there is a currency exchange, a pharmacy, and a convenience store. Subscription TV with sports channels, ideal for anyone watching specific championships.

There is definitely an issue with the electrical wiring because the TV turns off every time the bathroom light switch is flipped. The bed in the bedroom has a very bad mattress. The shower is risky, its door does not close properly, and water leaks out. The house constantly smells like sewage unless all the windows are open, with the smell originating from the bathroom. It was not a clean house. As soon as we entered, we wiped the living room table (which is unstable and shakes a lot) with a wipe and sanitizer, and it came out black. The same went for the kitchen surfaces and closed balcony chairs, dusty and dirty. The toilet seat had urine splatters on the lid. There is no elevator.

Dairenin hemen karşısında düşük olmayan iyi bir kurdan paranızı hemen bozabilirsiniz, dairenin sağında pazar kuruluyor meyve sebze taptazeydi. Daireden sol yapıp caddeye çıkıp muhteşem pastahanelerde burek yiyebilirsiniz. Daireden yine sol sonra sağ yapıp kokteyl içip daireye güvenle dönebilirsiniz. 750 metre mesafede 24 saat açık bir market var, Trg republika yani meydan bölgesine hem tramvaya binip hem otobüslerle 5 dakikada ulaşabilirsiniz. Harikaydı, çiftler , arkadaşlar, aile için oldukça uygun. Salonda 1 kişi rahatlıkla kalır, tvde Netflix YouTube var, yatak odası rahat geniş, banyo modern ve rahat sıcak suda problem yok. Evde iki ısıtıcı var küçük gibi gözükse de inanılmaz ısıtıyor ve soğutuyor her şey harikaydı, FİYAT PERFORMANS 10/10. Bu evde kalın, toplu taşıma kullanıp Belgrad’ı bedavaya keşfedin.

Apartman je čist, udoban i na odličnoj lokaciji. Domaćin je ljubazan i lako dostupan.

У квартиры отличное местоположение, рядом рынок, остановки общественного транспорта в 5 мин ходьбы. До основных достопримечательностей мы ходили пешком, в среднем 15-20 мин пешком. Квартира оснащена в принципе всем необходимым - есть порошок на пару стирок, гель, мыло, шампунь, кофе-машина и две капсулы для нее. Две отдельные комнаты - в одной раскладной диван, в другой двуспальная кровать, и кухня-студия. В ванной хороший ремонт, но дверцы душевой закрываются не плотно, приходится следить за тем куда бьет струя воды, чтобы не затопить пол ванной. На кровати нормальный матрас не пружинный, а вот диван не очень. Для детей будет нормально, но для взрослого не удобен, чувствуется вся внутренность, перекладины. Если спать вдвоём на диване и вы чувствительны, то скорее всего вы не выспитесь, так как на одной половине спать не возможно, а другая неравномерно мягкая. Квартира тихая, находится фактически на 3 этаже, без лифта.

В ванной двери не закрываются плотно Диван неудобный (рекомендую хозяину поменять диван, отзывы точно станут лучше) В квартире стоит запах канализации из-за ванны, но если закрывать дверь в ванную и двери в комнаты , то запах со временем улетучивается.
