Apartment Cathedral

Excellent location. Great host (Jelena). The bed is very comfortable. It is spacious by Kotor standards. Has a view of the cathedral square. Water is hot and great pressure.

People need to understand that Montenegro isn’t a wealthy country and adjust their expectations. The property is fairly basic by Western standards but it is comfortable. There is a functional kitchen and the bathroom is recently renovated (though it lacks something to hold the shower outlet so you need to keep holding it) The stairway isn’t particularly inviting but again it’s not a deal breaker.

Spacious fully equipped apartment in a rustic building next to the main cathedral in the centre of Kotor Old Town. The musical cathedral bells serve as your daily alarm clock! The owners also run a boat tour service which is highly recommended.

The bedroom is located at the back of the apartment which overlooks the square. It can be a bit noisy if you’re going to bed before midnight. The bedroom is also quite warm at night as the only air conditioner is located in the kitchen at the front of the apartment. I’ve made the owners aware of this so they may no longer be an issue for guests going forward.
