My accommodation was cancelled at the last minute and I was never refunded.

The lady I spoke to on the phone was so rude. She then blocked me.

Beds/ mattresses were worn out , not comfortable at all Had to rent an aircon remote when you want to make use of an aircon _ R 100 per night.

The location and the room

The hostess was a bit rude at times. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. One of the rooms was overbooked for the second night , then she referred me to another guesthouse of which she told me I'd have to pay for without getting my refund from her. I requested an invoice for the 1 night's overstay, her response was: I should ask Booking.com since I paid them. She eventually sent the invoice. After checking out, she sent a text saying she was going to report to booking.com that me and colleague messed her TV boxes and we disconnected her HDMI cables(not sure why would we disconnect the cables). The place is nice, I just can't say the same about the lady that runs it.

The location is quiet, very neat and just about 10 minutes walk to the beach, I really like it.

The carpet in the room was a bit smelling.
