Friendly host, clean space, good communication, many amenities plus breakfast. The house rules are clear and sensible. We felt appreciated during our stay.

If the other bedrooms are occupied, it is possible to hear noise in the other rooms. The host seems to be aware of this since ear plugs were available in our room. Fortunately, we did not have a problem with the noise.

Kelly’s rooms are in a cute and private house. There is access to a kitchen and the outdoor seating was great for evening wine sipping and book reading. We left before breakfast for a tour the first morning, but Kelly cheerfully accommodated my gluten intolerance and made us fantastic egg bowls with a cauliflower tortilla the second morning. The location was close to a highway, with a water view over some gorgeous lava cliffs about 10 min away and a fruit stand about 5 min away

The location is a bit off the beaten path which is either good or bad depending on what you are looking for. It’s about 30 min from Hilo, but close to Volcanos National Park

Kelly is exceptional...she stayed awake late night just to have us checked in late. She got up early to make breakfast for us so we can go for hiking early in the morning. She also allowed us for late checkouts. She provided homemade delicious fruit muffins everyday to carry with us...so warm and pleasant stay..would recommend to everyone ...

Kelly is super kind and helpful. We had a great stay. It was unfortunate we only stayed for one night.

Rural area but easy access to everything either a car. Host was great. Breakfast provided which was delicious. Our flight got cancelled due to bad weather and our host allowed us to return without a problem.

Our room was not air conditioned.

It felt like a home away from home. The host Kelly was amazing. She greeted us at the door, with a full tour of the home, her morning breakfast was delicious and willing to accommodate all dietary requirements. Nothing was a bother for her. The property was clean with full use of all the kitchen facilities. I couldn’t recommend staying here enough.
