Ovan personal, bristande ledning. Bitvis lite ostädat och saknade tex toalettpapper.
NOWe loved the location by the lake and the grandiose old manor. We had a 5-course dinner with wine package and the food was excellent and the whine pairing perfect! Very knowledgeable waiter who also served excellent G&Ts out by the patio. The garden was serene and peaceful, with huge old trees and a beautiful lawn.
Our room was located in the annex with a terrace facing the lake. Unfortunately the terrace area has little privacy and is shared with all the rooms in the annex. You also have a view of the paper mill at Billingsfors across the lake which distracts from the otherwise beautiful surroundings, but not much one can do about that. The old bathing houses by the lake are unfortunately not maintained which is a shame.
DEHotel hat einzigartige schöne Lage ! Gerade beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse, Schöne Gesamtanlage. Essen war gut.
Personal könnte etwas freundlicher sein beim Empfang und im Service. Zimmer sauber und OK , aber für die aufgerufene Preisklasse einfach.
