Curățenia și confortul termic. Utilizarea panourilor radiante cu infraroșii oferă confort termic la orice temperatura ai programat pe termostat, deoarece nu usucă aerul, precum caloriferele clasice. Curățenia este desăvârsită.Poti controla cu mănușile albe, nu vei găsi nici urmă de praf. Apartamentul este foarte bine conceput, cu un living foarte mare, care permite unei familii cu doi copii să aibă multiple activități fără a se deranja reciproc. Balconul vast permite vederea spre mai multe puncte cardinale cu priveliști deosebit de frumoase. Noaptea este o liniște de început de lume. Toate condițiile concură pentru realizarea scopului fundamental: odihnă și relaxare. Ai parcare asigurată "la scară". Raportul calitate/preț foarte bun. Gazda foarte atentă și receptivă.Recomand cu căldură.

Canapeaua a fost puțin sub standardul general al apartamentului. In rest nu am de menționat lucruri negative.
