Great location, 5 minute walk from the bus station and 15 minutes from beach/old town/main attractions etc. Comfortable room with friendly hosts.

Unfortunately noisy area at night - dogs barking, loud church bells, thin walls between other apartments - but not much the host can do about this! Just expect to be woken up very early every morning!

The owner of this property was very kind, communication was great and she allowed us to leave our bags at the property after we checked out. For us the facilities was very good, comfortable, clean and air conditioning worked well. The facilities all worked well, and the location was very central, easy 10 minute walk to the old town and the supermarket was just up the road. The owner also had a very affectionate and well behaved dog ☺️ we enjoyed our stay here and recommend it for great value and location !

The lady of the house is very nice, she offered us coffee on the arrival as well. Good location, close to city center and bus station. Lovely dog. Air condition worked perfectly as well as WiFi.

Only one roll of toilet paper for 2 nights stay/2 pax and no small towels. The description of the room on Booking said there was a washing machine but in the end there wasnt. After asking for more toilet paper and 2 small towels (that we thought was the basic for a stay of 2 days), and about the washing machine (one of the reasons why we booked this accommodation was the possibility to wash our clothes) we also asked for a big towel (as one of them had bad smell), they replied to us that if we were not satisfied with the accommodation we could cancel the booking and find another option to stay in Kotor (the reservation was not refundable). In the end they said they would contact Booking to remove the washing machine from the description, we also received the towels and more toilet paper. Inside the room was clean, but unfortunately we could not really enjoy the balcony as it was quite dusty and there was nothing to clean it with.

We had a very comfortable stay. The location was excellent being close to the old town and the bus station. The host was very nice and accommodating. A very good price for Kotor!

The location is very convenient if you come to Kotor by bus, since it’s close to the bus station. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice balcony. They had a very lovely dog 😍

It’s not a real apartment for yourself. It’s like a house with a private room, a private bathroom, which is outside the room and a shared kitchen. The room was clean, but the bathroom and specially the shared kitchen was very dirty and the equipment wasn’t in the best condition

The location, the host, the price.

The beds weren’t very comfy and they didn’t have a proper duvet so we had to use blankets from the wardrobe.

Starting with the positives, the host of the accommodation was extremely kind and attentive. She was always ready to assist and provided us with useful information about the city. Her proactive approach made our stay more enjoyable, and we appreciated her hospitality. The location of the accommodation was also convenient. Being only 15 minutes away from the old town allowed us to easily explore the historical charms of Kotor. Additionally, having markets and restaurants nearby made it convenient for us to enjoy local cuisine and access necessary amenities.

However, I must mention a significant downside to our stay - the constant noise from nearby construction. Unfortunately, the construction work began at 7 AM and lasted until 4 PM, which significantly disrupted our peace and affected our ability to rest and sleep properly. While we understand that the owner had no control over the noise, it did impact the overall quality of our stay.
