Good value for money. Staff is very accommodating. Very quiet and peaceful. Not too far from the shops. .

Showers are cold as early as 6am. We stayed for 2 weeks. First week was excellent, then suddenly in the second week they didn't clean the room, took our shower mat so the floor was always wet, and didn't restock toilet paper. This happened for a few days which was a bit weird. But overall a good place to stay.

I loved everything about this place! I loved the set up, so practical, the care and thoughtfulness ( hot water bottles)....It will definitely become our second home in Newcastle. Thank you for making my stay the best I've ever experienced in Newcastle. Keep up the good work.

It is a very nice place to spend a holiday, its peaceful

The shower , may be if you can change the shower head because the one you have is too small , and im not happy with the pressure on the shower.
