Tiene todo lo necesario y el dueño es una persona muy amable y atento, es un lugar cómodo y tranquilo, se duerme muy bien ya que no hay ruidos, las persianas impiden el paso de luz y los aires acondicionados funcionan a la perfección, tiene protecciones en ventanas y la puerta esta muy bien asegurada

Se batalla un poquito para estacionarse ya que hay como un multifamiliar enfrente y se estacionan fuera del apartamento y toda la calle, en la noche si puedes meter tu vehículo a la cochera. Lo recomendaría más para personas que se van a mover en uber o didi al estar en Tampico, pero si no hay inconveniente en estacionarse un poco alejado del departamento, está bien.

"Ok but Need improvement"

Location good , clean apartment

Advertising says 2 bedrooms , but if you record only 1 guess they will lock the other bedroom , fans are not quiet, toilet need some work water don’t fill the tank until you move the floater. Outside light can’t be turn off affects you sleeping hours, shower Drain clogged you have to remove the whole shower drain cap.
