"Disgusted"

The property listed a contract number that does work. I called countless times while outside the house and never got through. I ended up paying an additional R740 at a different property. Very frustrating to pay for something I have never received

"Spacious clean but nog guesthouse standards."

Spacious room

No towel rail for wet towels, no dustbin in bathroom, no bedside lamp, no free toiletries as advertised, very loud and disrespectfull house occupants.

I requested that they extend my check out time by additional 30 minutes and they granted my request. The staff was very friendly and always smiling. Most definitely I will consider them next time am in Mbombela.
