Everyone was polite and kind. Easy access, metro is right outside and so are food options and a quick walk to Paseo de la Reforma. I would stay again.

Great place for our family of five. Two king beds and a pull out sofa (our youngest took the sofa). Daniel the portero was friendly and efficient. When a hairdryer broke he replaced it, when we had to leave super early in the morning he was right there to check us out. When I had any questions he was quick to respond to my text. It’s in Juarez and easy to walk to Chapultepec, Zona Rosa/Roma Norte or Condesa. The metro stop is RIGHT outside, on the pink metro line which we noticed wasn’t as crowded as other lines. It is near plenty of shops, bakeries, and restaurants. Beautiful rooftop with swings, and a washer dryer at no charge.

Exactly what I wanted. I wanted a city life style apartment hotel and this is perfect. A little bit nosy because it’s by the subway station, there’s shops and restaurants downstairs. I would recommend it but next time I would book a higher floor like 4th floor or something.

El lugar en General es muy limpio, la habitación muy cómoda y tenia de todo para hacer tu estancia más cómoda. El lugar muy céntrico, tiendas de todo tipo alrededor. Lugares turísticos y cerca para visitarlos a pie. Por el lugar donde está ubicado es un poco ruidoso, en lo personal algo aguantable. Sin duda tendré que visitarlos de nuevo. Gracias por tan grata estancia.

The apartment was FANTASTIC. It was clean, functional and comfortable. It was in a great location. We are a family of 3 and our daughter stayed on the sofa-bed and we stayed in the 'bedroom' giving all of us some privacy. We didn't use the full kitchen, but we did use the refrigerator, the plates, glassware and silverware. There was a great roof deck as well! I would absolutely recommend this rental!
