Riverside Apartment

Air conditioning was a bonus as it was a very humid afternoon, salt pepper oil and some other condiments available if needed. Comfortable bed and the shower pressure was good

Omg so this won’t effect everyone, but we had all night rain/light showers and there is a down pipe that goes into the fish pond right outside the unit and it’s was a loud constant drain running/dripping noise all night long

Comfortable bed, good shower, very clean. Owners were helpful. Easy 40min walk along the river to the city centre.

Tucked under the owners house , quite small. But it’s like the photos 😊

Having the A/C Unit over the bed made the bedsheets feel slightly damp

Lovely location next to a beautiful river walk. Easy reach of Hamilton attractions. Lovely space, nicely styled with modern decor. Well equipped kitchen with handy staples like oil, vinegar etc. The bed was very comfortable too! Although located under main house, the apartment feels nice and private with no need to trouble hosts as everything you could want is easy to find and use. Delighted to recommend.

Having a washing machine is great - would be even better if there was a dryer!

Location, comfort, amenities offered( coffee, tea, cooking oil, salad dressing, salt and pepper and much more) heated bathroom floor and heated towel rails. Plenty of cooking implements and a good variety of crockery and cutlery, also BBQ available. Wonderful walking tracks by the river. Hosts were extremely helpful when wifi issues occurred.

Everything was good.

Beautiful setting, excellent facilities. We were very impressed. Loved being able to walk the river walk across the road. Beautiful views of the river and river rd cliffs across the river. Loved it.

There was nothing we didn’t like.
