Absolute waterfront

Great location and very comfortable.

The view from the property is amazing and the outdoor areas is pretty good.

i prefer a large dining table inside the house that will be perfect. It was cold outside and, in the winter, its dark, not able to use the large table outside.

Fantastic property, great location, walking distance to central raglan township, well equipped, very comfortable with a nice flow to a lovely sun drenched outdoor area with covered seating along with a fabulous seated area with a fire pit and the view straight out to the waterfront. Very serene at dusk with high tide and access for kayaking as an added option. Rooms were nicely decorated and an additional sleepout available for larger groups .... this is a lovely place to stay, communication was great... the only downside was we should have stayed longer. Thank you for your hospitality we will be back.

Great location. Art is interesting. Everything comfortable. Sleepout is great and the property accommodated 3 couples easily.

A few little things needing tweaks (fixing, cleaning, rearranging). No indoor dining table. Outside lights not working. Bedroom needs a privacy curtain or similar.

Wonderful location, close to restaurants. Spacious rooms. Lots of equipment: bicycles, kayaks. Stocked kitchen cupboards (which we did not use). Clear instructions on where to find the key, rubbish bags, and more. Lovely view over the harbour. Effective heat pump. Welcoming host who sent a number of messages to make sure that we had all the information.

Only one life jacket that we could see. Be careful in the dark about the small step down from the concrete to the lawn.

The property was stunning inside and out! Amazing coms with the host who made it all so easy. Would highly recommend staying and would love to come again.

There was nothing not to like, it was all perfect!!
