Torggata Apartments

It wasn’t obvious which apartment we would get from the booking, and the apartment was a bit smaller than we were expecting. But it wasn’t a big problem and there was enough room for our needs.

Torggatta Apartments were clean, comfortable, and quite big. Had a good little kitchenette and a washing machine. Met some of the staff, very nice and very helpful. A good location to walk around the city and within walking distance to Oslo Central Railway station.

The stairs were a bit awkward.

It was a spacious, apartment with a comfortable bed with all the amenities needed, like a fridge, nice bathroom and a small kitchen.

Since the roof window did not have a proper blind, the room was filled with light from dawn and I could not really sleep in so much light. I also understand, that Scandinavian apartments usually don't have a curtain, it is just not comfortable for someone not accustomed to it.

The room itself and the location were fine.

Unfortunately, our experience was marred by multiple issues. We were given the wrong room, which was missing a bed. When I raised this concern with the owner, their response was rude and unhelpful. No solution was offered saying that we got a good room for the price, even tho we paid for one more bed, and their customer service left much to be desired – they really need to work on their people skills. Additionally, we were asked to pay more just one day before our trip, as they realized there had been an "error" in the price. We made the reservation over a month before the trip so this came as a total suprise. This last-minute increase was both frustrating and unprofessional. While the room itself was decent, the overall experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this place based on how the situation was handled.

Great place to stay and worth the money , can hear music from club at night tho , but it’s barely a problem as it wasn’t that loud

There was enough room for all 3 of us.

It could get a little noise at night.

Rude Staff, the boy checking us in, did not want to talk to us in good manners and judged us by our race and ethnicity. Behaved us very rudly. I would not recommend it to people who hate being judged by their race, ethnicity, or religion. The guy showed so much rasicim.
