Clean apartment

Once inside the front door of the apt there was 41 steps to the apartment not suitable at all

Location was good.

The room service was very poor. We were there for 4 days and no clean towels were supplied.

The hotel is situated in a wonderful location, which makes it very convenient and enjoyable to explore the surrounding area. The windows are well insulated, but you can still hear some noise from outside. Since I visited during the off-season it was manageable, though I imagine it could be a bit louder during busier periods. The humidity inside was quite high, so opening the windows was necessary at times. That said, the hotel does provide everything you need for a comfortable stay, and having a place to store luggage is a really nice added touch. Overall, the experience was okay and it’s a decent option if you’re staying in the area. Especially if you compare it with the hotel which is also managed by Baltum which is facing the street

The shower door did not close properly which meant that the water will be all over the floor when showering. Perhaps having a dehumidifier might also be nice.
