Cleaning has to be better, for an example, toilet was not clean properly, fridge was not clean in both rooms and it was freezing food inside of it, not cooling it down. Toilet paper was missing in one room. It was cold in the rooms (AC had to be on 24/7). One towel per person for 3 days. I am sure they would provide more if we asked, however I personally prefer to have at least 2 towels as a female from the very beginning. Having one towel for the reservation of 3 days/2 nights is quite modest. Hair dryer if you need better bring your own, they are not very powerful.
