The bedding was clean.

There's a bad ordour as you're entering the house. We were not told that there are families renting the place. We were allocated to two rooms, and the other families renting there were making use of the other 4 bedrooms. The place was dirty, there were dirty dishes in the kitchen. We were not impressed at all. The beds are hard, we had to shorten our stay. We were only there for 1 night and decided not to stay for the second day. What you see at Booking.com is not what you get.
