Excel accommodation

When we have arrived, exhausted from Gqaberha, we're shown away because the accommodation I have booked 5 months ago with confirmation , was not available to us. I drove up and down to secure a place to stay for my family. I was under the impression that we will have the accommodation to ourselves and not sharing, like a hostel, for 3 other families. I was really disappointed,

Their rooms are clean

They didn't show on the app that it's guest house

The place is disgusting,why are you still listing this on booking.com,,,,,yooo I never seen such, I slept with my clothes on, when arriving home I threw them away.😞😞😞😞😡

There is nothing which is right there,it was dirty from outside and I thought we were lost,that can't be an accomodation
