The price is low. Electric door lock with code. (You still need a key for the building door after 19:00)

Poorly planned and very over furnished. One cannot walk from room to hallway/bathroom without climbing through the bed once it's made. No sink by the cook-nook, one is supposed to get water and do dishes in the shower cubicle in the bathroom in the hallway. Motion activated bright light in the bathroom is terrible at night. Bathroom smells severely of mold. Could easily be set up so much better with very little effort.

It was clean and had everything we needed

The ‘kitchen’ has no sink and the bathroom has a really tiny sink, so we did our dishes in the shower.
