La calidad de los materiales, el buen gusto y la ubicacion.

Tienen que cambiar la direccion que indical en Booking porque no corresponde y google te manda a unos 200m. El piso está encima de la cafeteria Moscada. En el piso (1° piso) no hay indicaciones del wifi ni hoja de informacion del piso.

Tout était parfait, c’est un super appartement et très bien situé.

Positives Great location -ideal for sight seeing / station / teleferico Coffee shop downstairs is great for breakfast etc Apartment is lovely /modern / clean etc. Fittings good Equiment all worked– ac good.

It is a new rental and lacks basic equipment in kitchen • Scissors • Washing up cloths to wipe up • Washing up liquid ...usually provided • should provide more than 2 dishwasher tabs for 4 day stay • needs more than one teatowel • needs more than one rubbish bag for 4 days • Good Washing machine but no where to dry things- we bought an airer from local supermarket for Euros 15 and have left it there • Iron and ironing board (not essential but many flats have thrm) • Hooks on backs of doors to hang things – especially towels (we hung them over the mezzanine rail) Staircase- needs a hand rail. The stairs are too dangerous without, especially given the poor lighting. Light on top landing needs to be lower down- or need another one lower down – as it does not come on til we get to the top -dangerous. In a small bedroom, having a television sticking out of wall is not great – it reduces the already cramped space to move around the bed Sliding doors on the wardrobes would have been better! No greeting from the team -we arrived a little early admittedly but someone should have been there or come soon. We had to keep messaging the owner...who did respond quickly but ... Leaving the whole key collection to the café below is not good altho the staff were ok Need 2 sets of keys for a 2 bed apartment Wifi router password not readable No book with any important info like wifi password/maps/ rubbish collection/ recommendations for restaurants and other info etc. These are small things that would make a massive difference to the experience.

Era tudo lindo, limpo e agradável! Muito bem localizado.

Nós adoramos a estadia, duplex muito confortavel e com todos os requisitos para uma noite tranquila. Agradecemos tambem os pasteis de nata para uma recepção mais doce =)

El alojamiento es nuevo, muy bien decorado y con una ubicación estupenda

El termo no estaba encendido y el primer día no pudimos ducharnos. Nos ofrecieron ducharnos en otro apartamento con lo que teníamos que salir escaleras arriba con ropa y neceser, para luego volver a bajar. Todos los apartmentos estaban vacíos, éramos los únicos en todo el edificio. Nos molestó bastante porque deberían habernos cambiado de apartamento. Por otro lado, estando vacío todo el edificio, nos dieron el más pequeño, incómodo y ruidoso. Es una pena porque viajamos mucho a Guimaraes y si no nos aseguran el apartamento más grande, no volveremos.

Piso amplio muy bien decorado, nuevo e impecable. Muy bien iluminado. Camas cómodas, ropa de cama y baño de buena calidad. Suficientes armarios y perchas. Aceptan mascotas y es muy céntrico

Mala insonorizacion. Se oía el tráfico de la calle que era muy intensa y unos vecinos muy ruidosos.
