The staff assisted as much as they could with all the issues we faced

Firstly, the apartment we stayed in landed up being the main house and did not reflect as per the pictures shown. Outside pool. Broken decking planks at many places. Exposed wires as you go down the stairs. Makeshift suction line for the swimming pool. Bedrooms Fridges not clean and freezer compartments completely iced up. Toilet seat was broken, took most of the day to replace. Beds were comfortable though the pillows were not. Had to ask for towels. It has alot of potential, just needs some TLC. The staff were helpful but out of the depth with all the issues

When I got there after 12:00 the staff was not there and I had to wait long before checking in. When I wventually checked in, I left. Upon my return I rralised that the room I already took was given to someone else from the group of colleagues i was there with.

Great location

Poor Wi-Fi,Tv kept buffering, had to hotspot with my own data.

Sisabda was very helpful and friendly, very neat place

No waring about water not portable, access to property on arrival, no bell at the gate.

Swimming pool was extremely durty
